We didn’t build software to sell you. We bought billing companies and rebuilt them with AI.
Three years ago, when the world discovered AI, we knew immediately where it would matter most for healthcare: the revenue cycle — the millions of small, repetitive decisions between a patient visit and a paid claim.
We made an unusual choice. Instead of building software and selling licenses, we acquired real billing companies in top specialties and rebuilt them from the inside. That gave us two things no software vendor has: millions of real claims to train on, and experienced specialty billers who oversee and QA every agent, every day.
The result is the AgentAI platform: agents run the billing cycle end to end and escalate to human experts — never the other way around. We believe we’re the first truly agentic billing company for independent practices and multispecialty groups.
