AgentAI Raises $1.8 Million Seed Round to Transform Medical Billing With AI

Funding led by Oceans Ventures; angel investors include Sean Rad, Geoffrey Price, and Howard Lerman

AgentAI, the company revolutionizing healthcare revenue-cycle management through artificial intelligence, today announced it has closed a $1.8 million seed round led by Oceans Ventures. The round also attracted leading technology entrepreneurs Sean Rad (founder of Tinder), Geoffrey Price, and Howard Lerman.

"Artificial intelligence is finally capable of automating the vast majority of billing and RCM workflows," said Zorik Gordon, CEO of AgentAI. "This capital lets us accelerate product development and bring AI-driven efficiency to medical billers and coders everywhere."

"Oceans Ventures backs founders who use technology to unlock massive operational improvements," said Steven Rosenblatt, Partner at Oceans Ventures. "AgentAI's platform frees revenue-cycle professionals from repetitive tasks so they can focus on higher-value work — it's exactly the kind of impact we look for."

The new funding will be used to expand AgentAI's engineering team, deepen integration with EHR and practice-management systems, and support early pilot customers as the company prepares for broader market launch.
